Phenolic Resins

Phenolic resins are heat-resistant synthetic polymers produced from phenol and formaldehyde. They offer strong mechanical performance, electrical insulation, and excellent resistance to chemicals, fire, and high temperatures. Due to their durability and stability, they are widely used in adhesives, protective coatings, molded parts, laminates, plywood bonding, automotive brake components, and electrical applications. While they are hard and long-lasting, they tend to be brittle.
